Terms of Sale
By ordering alcoholic beverages through our website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and the person to whom our wine is being shipped is also at least 21 years old. Upon delivery, the recipient will be required to show identification and sign for the package — we cannot accept requests to waive these requirements. If you are unable to be home at the time of shipment, we suggest changing your shipping address to a business where an adult will be available to sign during regular business hours.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a refund or exchange
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you wish to exchange your item, you can request a replacement of the same product or any other product of equal or lesser value.
Sale items can be exhcanged or refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
