Cheese Making Class

Join Boss Mouse Cheese founder Sue Kurta for an engaging and enjoyable mozzarella cheese-making class! Sue will share her passion for cheese, guiding attendees through the fascinating process of making mozzarella. Participants can choose to stretch the cheese themselves or simply observe the technique in action. At the end of the class, everyone will savor warm, freshly made mozzarella—definitely the highlight! Additionally, Sue will demonstrate how to create burrata, a delicious stuffed variation of fresh mozzarella. Attendees will also leave with the recipe and skills to make their own mozzarella at home.
